Guidelines for Regularization of Stay for Free Zone Expatriates

Important Notice:

  • Initial Regularization application will be processed at Service Headquarters

    • Expatriate must provide the following:

    1. Photocopy of first page and bio-data page of International passport
    2. Relevant credentials
    3. Application for regularization from company to Free Zone Authority indicating acceptance of Immigration Responsibility
    4. Photocopy of relevant page of entry visa endorsement in International Passport
    5. Duly completed CERPAC application
    6. Three (3) passport sized photographs
    7. Two (2) copies of letter of offer of employment
    8. Two (2) copies of letter of acceptance of offer by expatriate
